Terms and Conditions

 

  1. We have a strict seven-day refund policy. This is effective from the date of signing up, that is from the date payment is made.
  2. We do not guarantee any positions.
  3. Global TEFL Recruiters does not guarantee classes. We provide guidance on how to increase booking rates and student retention.
  4. We take no responsibility for disputes between any teacher and school. We may, however, assist in resolving any issues that arise.
  5. The client/potential teacher can access the above services for a total of 8 hours of training time. These can be split into multiple sessions.

Course enrolment and booking terms

  1. By booking, applying for, enrolling, or paying for any of our TEFL courses or job placements, you accept the terms & conditions as laid out on this page.
  2. All courses have been outsourced to Global Language Training, a UK based TEFL training centre. They are an Accredited Member of the Accreditation Council for TESOL Distance Education Courses (ACTDEC).
  3. Course bookings are non-refundable
  4. Please complete all courses within the specific time stipulated by Global Language Training. The course will expire thereafter.
  5. All courses require a 50% pass rate.

 

 Job Preparation and Recruitment

  1. Upon signing up for recruitment/job preparation services, you will be required to sign a service agreement. This will detail all our terms and conditions as well as our responsibilities related to recruitment.
  2. All personal information received from applicants are confidential and will be used for the purposes of recruitment only.
  3. GTR is a recruitment agency. We provide job preparation services for teachers as well as schools. Disputes and disagreements between a teacher and a school are not our responsibility.
  4. We provide job preparation services. It is the responsibility of the teachers to make the necessary effort to obtain classes and maximize their booking rate. We provide guidance on how to increase booking rates. We do not guarantee lessons.

 

Training – Teaching Online

  1. All course materials shared with teachers are private and must not be distributed. This goes for videos and PowerPoint presentations too.
  2. In order to qualify for a complete refund, an applicant must notify us before the training commences. Once training has commenced, there will be no refunds.
  3. Each applicant will sign a service agreement with Global TEFL Recruiters that details all our terms and conditions as well as our responsibilities.

 

Refunds

  1. No refunds are available on promotional campaigns, courses and items.
